Bio:
Bukky is a certified Health and Wellness Coach to Women 40+. Her wellness coaching is underpinned by 35+ years of experience as a pharmacist working within medical affairs at various Blue-Chip pharmaceutical companies.
She has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and women’s health specifically the menopause transition.
She currently also shares her expertise at NHS England helping to improve women’s health leading a workstream on the National Menopause programme and has been responsible for the launch of the NHS National Menopause Guidance for staff and line managers and a 2 Menopause e-learning modules
With her unique expert system, evidence and faith based coaching, she has helped motivated women in midlife get fitter, healthier, slimmer, more confident, and fabulous.
She also helps organisations support and retain highly skilled midlife women through menopause awareness, training, coaching, and consultancy, They are an asset.
She is a dynamic and engaging speaker and has featured on various stages and platforms speaking on all things “Menopause/Women’s Health & Wellbeing”.
Her writing has been featured in “Woman Alive and “Keep The Faith” Magazines. She is mum to 2 young adults 32 &27. Finally, she has published a self-care tool for midlife women – The “Vibrant Midlife Wellness and Affirmation Journal”
